Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)

This policy applies to orders delivered within the European Union, under §312g and §355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party you name who is not the carrier, take possession of the last good in your order.

How to exercise your right

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it isn't mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it's enough to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we'll reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery cost, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we've expressly agreed otherwise, and we won't charge a fee for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we've received the goods back, or you've supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You're only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what's needed to check their nature, characteristics and function.
