Where we ship from

Orders are dispatched from the United States to delivery addresses in Germany and Austria.

Processing and delivery times

• Desk mats are made to order and dispatch within 2–5 business days.
• Tabletop accessories dispatch within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery is by FedEx or DHL and typically arrives within one week of dispatch, including customs clearance. Your checkout and order confirmation show the estimated window for your address.

Shipping costs

The exact shipping cost for your order and delivery address is always shown before you confirm payment.

Customs and import VAT

Because we ship from outside the EU, your order is imported into the European Union on your behalf. Import VAT is collected as part of the price you pay at checkout, through the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), and any duties are prepaid — so the total shown at checkout is final. You won't be asked to pay import VAT, duties, or a carrier handling fee on delivery.
